Various arrangements made at Dadar station for Mahaparinirvan din-
1) Enquiry counter & UTS counter at Chaityabhoomi site from 5/12/23
2) 2 extra UTS counters each at Dadar & CSMT stations from 5/12/23
3) 18 long distance special train services from 4/12/23 to 7/12/23
4) 12 suburban special train services on 5/6th Dec Tue/Wed night
5) Help desks at Dadar PF no. 6 & at CSMT mainline concourse
6) Medical team round the clock at Dadar, kalyan, thane, LTT, CSMT stations on 5th/6th Dec. Ambulance at Dadar station.
7) Chaityabhoomi signages provided at Dadar station
8) 140 RPF & 250 GRP extra personnel deployed at Dadar station.
9) 24 extra RPF each at CSMT, LTT, Kalyan stations
10) Extra commercial department staff. 40 at Dadar, 20 at CSMT, 10 at Kalyan, 10 at LTT
11) Round the monitoring by officers on 5/6th Dec at Dadar station & Control office CSMT
12) Extra temporary urinals/toilets at Dadar station premises by MCGM
On the occasion of Mahaparinirvan din, Foot over bridge (FOB), entry, exit gates arrangements/modifications done at DADAR station on 5/6th Dec are-
1) Major FOB at middle of Dadar station-
It will be open only for mail express/suburban local train passengers. It will not be open for public coming from city side.
2) MCGM FOB Dadar (at its CSMT end)-
It will be open for public coming from city side.
It will remain closed for train passengers
3) Skywalk bridge-
It will be open for both train passengers & public coming from city side.
4) FOB at North side of Major Middle FOB-
It will be open for train passengers & public for East Side city.
5) Connecting FOB on North side of Major Middle FOB-
It will be open for train passengers only.
6) Dadar/WR PF No.1 side gate no. 2 & 3 near skywalk bridge- Will remain open.
All other gates on that side will remain closed for train passengers & public from city side.
7) Dadar/WR PF no. 2/3/4/5-
Passengers can use South Side bridge near skywalk to go in East/West Side city area & to go to Dadar/CR PF No. 3/4/5/6/7/8.
